Welcome to Alexandria Rugby Club

The Alexandria Rugby Club located in the nostalgic seaside city of Alexandria is committed to developing Egyptian players into competitive rugby players with an understanding of the laws of rugby and a passion for playing the running game. Rugby is in its infancy in Egypt with only Alexandria, AUC and Cairo having established clubs. In its short period of establishment the club has been very successful in adding silverware to its trophy cabinet and developing local players to a high standard.

We are delighted to have new players, coaches and officials join the club and participate in areas of rugby development whether it be playing, coaching or refereeing. New members are always welcome and are encouraged to contact one of the club officials and attend training and games.
